Passports & Visas - * VISA IS COMPULSORY TO TRAVEL TO INDIA FOR ALL FOREIGN NATIONALS. YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE THE VISA PROCESS FROM YOUR SIDE. You need a 06 months validity passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.

All the terms and conditions to make reservations with VIVA India -:-
To confirm the booking, You will have to make an advance payment of the tour cost per person, The payment can be process online through our website with secure server, We accept all major credit/debit cards, also you can make a Deposit/Bank Transfer to our bank account (details will be provided upon knowing your choice to pay). Once you make the advance payment you will receive the payment receipt from our account department and we will keep you updated for your travel arrangements.

Note:- The balance payment can be paid by you upon your arrival in India by credit/debit cards, also you can make Deposit/Bank transfer before your date of departure from your country.

Please note that if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

All PayPal Transactions and credit/debit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge online fee that goes to the payment gateway.

*Domestic / International Flight Tickets:-Refund policy as per Airlines rules. In case of flight cancellation or delay, climate problem, the company will not be responsible. We will do all possible to provide best service and satisfy our clients.

Booking Modification - We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But If you do need to make changes in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to adjust the changes, depending on the availability of the the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum administration charges.

Rights to amend the itinerary if required - Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.

Extra Uses of our Vehicle - Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.

Cancellation Charges & Refund Policy - We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to India, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing by email and will take effect the day it is received by VIVA India.
The following cancellation charges will apply: -
>> If cancellation is done before 180 days prior to arrival - 100% of the advance deposited will be refunded.
>> If cancellation is between 90 days to 180 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour cost will be charged.
>> If cancellation is between 45 days to 90 days prior to arrival - 40% of the tour cost will be charged.
>> If cancellation is between 07 days to 45 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
>> If cancellation is 07 days prior to arrival or no show - No Refund.

Note - In case of refund, bank transactions charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.

Our Liability -

VIVA India accepts the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability.

The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused.

Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused. VIVA India is unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports and similar event out of our control or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

Hotel Check-in / Check -out Policy - Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore, cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel and availability of the room. In case if there is no availability at the mentioned hotel, we will book another hotel of similar category.

Special Note / Complaints -

The company does not own or control hotels, airlines, trains, coach or other facilities mentioned in the tour. We do our best to give passengers travelling on any of our holidays, an enjoyable and trouble-free vacation but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform your tour manager (at the same time) at VIVA India, who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. You shall have access 24 Hrs to speak to us. You can call us at +91-9650686071. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Any disputes between clients and VIVA India. Shall be governed by Jurisdiction on India.
